INSTRUMENT TRIALS

If you are interested in a particular instrument and/or bow and wish additional time to test it at home we have a one-week approval program at no cost to you.

We require a completed Trial Use Contract form that includes submitting your personal contact information and ID, and a current VISA/MasterCard/Amex card.

TRADE-IN POLICY

Tutti Violini may consider accepting your current instrument or bow as partial payment towards a new purchase if it is of quality and in good condition. The dollar value offered would also reflect the cost of any needed repairs or restoration etc., to the traded instrument.

If you wish to trade-in an instrument previously purchased at Tutti Violini, 100% of the original purchase price (before HST), minus the cost of any needed repairs, strings, bow hair, etc., will be applied towards a new purchase.
